Woven labels are more durable than printed labels since they are constructed of a better grade. Jacquard looms are used to create woven labels.

How are Woven Labels made?

In order to create woven labels, the string and label sheet are woven together on a loom. Polyester and cotton are the most often used materials in the production of woven labels. Because they are made of higher-quality materials than printed labels, woven labels are more durable than printed labels. The threads used in the production of woven labels are knitted together on jacquard looms to create the required design.

What Makes The Labels Better?

If required, you may easily convert any woven label into an iron-on label. Custom shapes may be created using laser cutting for superior quality. Finishes with folded or flat edges are available for practically any design or purpose. For capturing minute design elements, 100, 75, or 50 denier threads might be used.
